What we'll do
A summer night full of fun, food, and friendship! Looking for something exciting and safe for your teen this Summer? Our Yate Youth Sleepover is back — and it’s the perfect way for young people aged 11–16 to connect, create, and make memories that will last all year long! Running from Friday night to Saturday morning, this isn’t your average sleepover (and truth be told, there’s not much sleeping involved!). Instead, it’s a fun-filled night packed with activities, food, and non-stop festive vibes. What’s on the agenda? A warm, welcoming space to relax and have fun Chill zones with pool, PS4, Xbox, and sports Summer crafts and games Cooking sessions, midnight snacks & even 3am baking Free dinner and breakfast included Youth Workers on-site all night, leading activities and offering support What to bring: Sleeping bag or duvet Pillow Comfortable clothes or PJs Toiletries and overnight essentials DISCLAIMER: Heads up for parents: Although we call it a "sleepover", most of the fun happens while everyone’s wide awake! We do provide spaces for rest if needed — but this night is all about shared laughter, creativity, and connection in a safe, fully supervised environment. More than just a night out... We’re proud to support young people in more ways than one. Our sessions also offer: C-Card access Emotional support and guidance Opportunities for achievement through Duke of Edinburgh, South Glos Awards, and ASDAN Whether your teen’s been before or it’s their first time, they’re always welcome at Yate Youth, however we prefer to meet them at lease once on another session before booking onto the sleepovers. Join us for one session, a few, or make it a regular part of their week. Just book a place, turn up, and say hi — we’ll take care of the rest.

Aim 3
Improve Problem-Solving and Resilience Participants will learn to navigate new situations, adapt to changes (such as staying away from home overnight), and develop coping strategies when facing minor challenges during the event.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
