What we'll do
? Stay Late Easter Sleepover at St Nix Youth Centre! ? Friday 17th April 2025 | 6pm – 10am For young people in Year 7+ Looking for a fun, safe, and exciting night for your young person this Easter break? Our Easter Sleepover is the perfect chance for young people to hang out with friends, enjoy loads of activities, and make brilliant memories — while parents get a peaceful evening (and maybe even a lie-in ?). It’s a full night of fun, food, games and good vibes, with plenty to keep everyone entertained! ✨ What’s on: Easter-themed crafts & challenges Team games and surprise competitions Chill zones with pool, PS4, Xbox & sports Dinner, sweet treats & late-night snacks Movie wind-down before bed 3am Baking Breakfast together in the morning Supportive Youth Workers on-site all night It’s a safe, welcoming space where young people can relax, connect, and celebrate the Easter break together — with trusted youth workers creating a fun, supportive atmosphere throughout. Reassurance for Parents: Young people will be supervised throughout the entire event by experienced youth workers who are fully safeguarding trained and DBS checked. Staff remain awake and on duty all night, completing regular checks and ensuring everyone is safe, settled, and supported. We operate clear behaviour expectations and sleeping arrangements to maintain a calm and secure environment. While we absolutely create space for rest… we can’t guarantee much actual sleeping! For reasons still unknown, “sleepover” seems to translate to “minimal sleep and maximum laughter” for most young people — but don’t worry, we manage the energy levels and keep things structured so everyone stays safe (even if they’re a little sleepy at breakfast!) Free entry for FSM young people Year 7+ | 6pm – 10am | St Nix Youth Centre More than just a sleepover… We’re proud to support young people in more ways than one. Our sessions also offer: • C-Card access • Emotional support and guidance • Opportunities for achievement through Duke of Edinburgh, South Glos Awards & ASDAN

At 17 whilst completing my A levels to become a forensic scientist I started volunteering at Youth Clubs and it changed the whole trajectory of my life, I fell in love with Youth Work and have been doing it ever since.
