Y Plus Youth Services CIC provides a range of activity and support services to young people aged 11 to 24 across Hampshire. With a focus on young people in the local area, they provide a term time youth hub, out of school activity and drop in sessions, outreach work, life skills and mentoring sessions, wellbeing and mental health support groups, and provide signposting for young people to other organisations including sexual & mental health support, food banks and other peer support groups.

Portsmouth City Council registered to participate and were delighted to be allocated funding by the Department for Education (DfE). The programme is designed to provide healthy food and enriching activities during the Easter, Summer and Winter holidays to children who receive benefits-related free school meals.
