A summary
Wye Circus CIC is offering fun circus activity sessions for children aged 5 - 16 years including grounded circus and aerial skills. From juggling to plate spinning, hula hooping to flower sticks and everything in between. See how good life looks upside down with aerial hoop and fabric silk skills. Fun fitness; a great way to break a sweat without knowing all the effort they're putting in,  Plus. . . Lots more to come! We have some very exciting guests joining us and some exciting activities to take part in over the Easter period. See what it is like to run away with the circus for the day, or maybe stay for the week! Here's what we've got in store for your littles- Tuesday AM- Dogs Trust visit // Easter crafts Tuesday PM- Circus Skills // Make your own fruit salad Wednesday AM- School Nursing Team visit // Circus Skills Wednesday PM- Children's Health visit, fun & games // Grow your own herbs Thursday AM- Circus Skills // Mindfulness, wellbeing workshops // Crafts & games Thursday PM- Activate Sports Education visit // Make your own fruit salad // Grow your own herbs // Crafts & games Friday AM- Fire Safety & Protection visit // Yoga // Circus Skills Friday PM- Police visit // Make your own pizza *FREE lunch included for all attendees, as well as healthy snacks and drinks. Tuesday- Sausages, mashed potatoes and veggies Wednesday- Make your own wraps Thursday- Pasta bake and veggies Friday- Chicken burgers, veggies and salad (Please let us know of any dietary requirements, ie vegetarian/vegan/gluten free/etc) SEND provision is available, please do let us know of any educational, physical or emotional needs that your child may have. Wye Circus CIC
Bringing the joy of circus to Herefordshire
Established in 2016, Wye Circus is a community interest company bringing the joy of the circus to Herefordshire and beyond. We can be found in the middle of city, just off Whitecross Road. Our fully inclusive, open arms ethos means we welcome anyone in to our safe space. We run weekly classes for all ages in circus and aerial skills, as well as fitness classes and baby sessions. You're never too old or too young to enjoy the fun of the circus. Alongside our weekly classes, we offer party entertainment as well as event entertainment for school fayres, community and charity events and so much more. We first took part in the HAF initiative in December 2021 and have enjoyed every holiday club since.
Food and snacks
There is a FREE lunch provided at every session for each child that is booked on, we will be in touch but please do let us know of any dietary requirements (ie vegetarian/vegan/gluten free/etc).  Tuesday- Sausages, mashed potatoes and veggies Wednesday- Make your own wraps Thursday- Pasta bake and veggies Friday- Chicken burgers, veggies and salad Free healthy and nutritious snacks are provided for snack times and children can bring along their own snacks. Please bring along a named water bottle each day you are booked in for, water is readily available.
Need to know
Please remember you can book up to 16 hours of activities per child during the Easter holidays, this can consist of a mix of AM and PM sessions over the 4 days or 2 full days. If you would like to or need to book additional sessions, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Your child must; *Bring along a named water bottle to each session they are booked on to *Wear comfortable clothing that has long sleeves/trousers to enable them to take part in the daily activities You will be able to book half days (4 hours)- AM Drop off- 9am Pick up- 1pm PM Drop off- 1pm Pick up- 5pm Full days (8 hours) can be booked by selecting both the AM and PM sessions on the same day, please do get in touch for further assistance with this. Cancellation Policy
If your child is booked on to a session and unable to attend, please let us know ASAP (ideally 72hrs notice) so that we may find another child to fill their spot. We understand that this may not be possible but please do just get in touch to let us know of any illnesses, etc. All food is made to order ahead of time and we hate to see any of it go to waste.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
