A summary
Our Wild Hearts 'Quality Time' sessions are designed for children with SEND to attend with their primary parent or carer. Come and spend time together connecting in our beautiful setting supported by our wellbeing practitioners. These with are suitable for neurodivergent children and those with learning disabilities or emotional wellbeing needs. The young people we serve tend to be on the freeze- fawn pathway when dysregulated (withdrawn), rather than the flight-flight pathway (reactive) and often anxious in groups. If you find that you are no longer able to attend please cancel as soon as possible , so we can offer your place to other families. - we can only provide a refund if we manage to fill the space from the waiting list. Thank you :)

Refunds are not generally available, but may be considered with sufficient notice. As we run small group sessions, we would appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
