A summary
Inspired Life was a London 2012 Inspire Mark project and has provided well being and mental health experiential programmes for over 54000 young people and community participatns. Inspired Life has written 4 work books including our most recent Well Being Journal packed with useful ideas and models. This session is designed to provide a range of different hints, tips and activities to promote well being. Participants will be provided with some simple models to take away under licence from Inspired Life.
