The day brings together simple, uplifting elements of wellbeing, beginning with healthy snacks on arrival to give everyone a calm, energising start. A freshly prepared healthy lunch is made on site, offering a nutritious break and a chance to connect. A nurture session provides a gentle space for reflection, confidence‑building, and emotional support, helping participants slow down and feel grounded. To balance this, the schedule includes an inclusive fitness activity that encourages movement in a way that feels positive and accessible for all abilities. By the end of the day, participants will have enjoyed nourishing food, meaningful reflection, and an engaging physical session, creating a well‑rounded experience that supports both body and mind.
