A summary
Thanks for making it this far! New WeDrummers can join in the first few weeks, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVE MISSED THE FIRST SESSION. We are building a WeDrum community this year. It's going to be a wonderful journey. We'll be working towards performing live in Stowmarket this spring.Date TBC. We'll then be filling the diary for the rest of the year with performances at events like Stow Fiesta, Primadonna, Food & Drink festival, FOMO and Stowmarket Carnival. We have the dream of playing at half time at Portman Rd (then play live with Ed Sheeran...) There'll be summer sessions at the JPC too. LOTS OF DRUMMING!! ✊ Whilst the hope is that all our drummers attend every session, we understand life may get in the way on occasion - if you need to miss a session, please let us know. Once you have booked, we will send a further WeDrum registration form for Safeguarding and Medical requirements. Looking forward to seeing you! ---------------------------- Whether you’ve never picked up sticks or you’re already a confident drummer, WeDrum is a free weekly session where you can create your own beats, learn core grooves + make music with others in a high-energy group setting. We play samba parade drums but we create our own music - inspired by the music you love. No experience or equipment needed – just bring your energy. Sessions are led by experienced pro musicians + are always supportive, welcoming + collaborative. Our aim is to have fun, build confidence + connect through music + creativity. There will be opportunities to take part in live performances where we can showcase what our awesome group creates.
