A summary
*Non HAF families do not need to book VPX. HAF eligible families, please book to receive a lunch on the day* VPX, or the Victoria Park Experience, is a popular, award-winning free family summer event in Warrington. Originally created by Cheshire Police, it brings together local charities, community groups, and businesses to provide completely free activities, sports, and entertainment to keep young people engaged during the school holidays. VPX on tour is offering young people safe spaces to socialise, take part in sports and creative activities with the aim of building meaningful relationships, promoting wellbeing, and encouraging positive opportunities for personal development. Lunch is provided for all HAF eligible families. Parents and carers must supervise their children at all times. Booking is recommended.

School holidays can be difficult for some families. The cost of extra food, childcare, and activities to keep children active and entertained can be challenging. The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is a scheme funded by the Department for Education. It gives children who are eligible for benefit related free school meals the opportunity to take part in fun, enriching activities and receive a healthy meal.
