A summary
The holiday club offers a mix of non‑contact boxing skills, fitness circuits, and pad‑work sessions to build confidence and physical wellbeing, alongside structured mentoring activities such as goal‑setting workshops, life‑skills discussions, team challenges, and leadership tasks. Young people could also take part in guided reflection sessions, peer‑support circles, and fun group activities that encourage communication, resilience, and positive decision‑making, creating a balanced programme that supports both physical development and personal growth.

Wallop Boxing Club was established in 2023 by former professional and community figure boxer Carl Dickens. With over a decade of professional Boxing experience and strong ties to the local community, Carl created a space where everyone can develop their Boxing abilities, strengthen their mental health and forge a positive future for themselves. Wallop Boxing Club has become one of the most respected boxing gyms in the midlands, with a talented amateur squad with a number of fighters challenging for and holding midlands belts
