A summary
VR Warehouse HAF Holiday Club is a fun, safe and structured holiday session for children aged 8–11 (up to 18 for SEND). Children will take part in exciting Virtual Reality games, PC gaming and group challenges, as well as creative activities such as crafts, puzzles and team games. Sessions are designed to build confidence, encourage social interaction, and keep children active and engaged throughout the day. A healthy packed lunch is included, and we also include light nutritional education through fun food-themed discussions and activities. All sessions are fully supervised by trained staff in a controlled environment with clear rules and regular breaks. **Friday’s session is SEND-specific and limited to 4 places to provide a calmer environment with additional support. Please only book this session if your child requires extra support. If your child does not require additional support, they are welcome to attend any of the open-access days.'

VR Warehouse Ltd is a Halton-based virtual reality and digital activity provider offering immersive VR experiences, gaming, and creative sessions for children, young people and families. We deliver safe, structured small-group activities, parties and community sessions that encourage confidence, teamwork, creativity and positive social interaction. Our aim is to provide a welcoming environment where people can explore exciting technology, stay active, and have fun together.
Important Information
This is a drop-off session (parents/carers do not stay). Children must be able to follow instructions, take turns, and behave respectfully within a group setting. This is not a 1:1 SEN provision, however children with SEND are welcome to attend if you feel they can manage in a small group environment with a 1:4 staffing ratio. Please ensure all medical, allergy and dietary information is provided when booking so we can safely support your child. Lunch is included each day. *SEND-Specific Day: Our SEND-specific session will run with reduced numbers (maximum 4 children) to provide a calmer environment and additional support. Parents/carers must ensure their child is able to take part in a small group setting with staff support (not 1:1).
