A summary
Want mythical mayhem, Viking valour, or dragon battles? Then, join us this summer at Kirkleatham Museum for an exciting family Viking experience. We will be spinning the old Norse sagas—of fire-breathing dragons, cunning dwarves, mighty gods… and a certain cursed ring of power in this epic storytelling adventure. Viking visitors will also receive a family annual pass for admission to Kirkleatham Museum for the next 12 months in addition to access to a our new summer exhibition, Valhalla. Valhalla explores life and death in Viking Britain. Split across three sections – everyday life, how they celebrated their dead and their myths and sagas. Learn how archaeological research helps us understand more about this era of Britain’s past in this interactive exhibit. There are free tickets available for families of 4, these are made up of either 1 Adult x 3 Children or 2 Adult x 2 Children. Please ensure you chose just one ticket per family booking.
