A summary
Vara Sports & Education provides action-packed holiday camps that keep children active, engaged, and happy. Our fully qualified team delivers a wide range of exciting activities including football, dance, multi-sports, team challenges, crafts, and themed celebration days. Every session is carefully planned to support children’s physical health, mental wellbeing, and social development in a fun, supportive environment. Children enjoy a healthy meal and snacks each day, and all sessions are led by trained staff with enhanced DBS checks. We welcome all children aged 5–11, including those eligible for free school meals as part of the HAF programme. Join us for a summer filled with energy, laughter, learning, and new friendships!

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.All HAF-funded places are completely free of charge. However, spaces are limited and in high demand. If your child is no longer able to attend a session, please cancel as early as possible so that we can offer the place to another family. Repeated no-shows without cancellation may affect your ability to book future places, as we want to ensure fair access for all families. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us reach as many children as possible.
