Cancellation Policy
No refunds are given except in the case of a cancellation by the Mentor. To ensure we can staff and run our HAF camps safely and fairly for all children, we kindly ask that any cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance.
Unfortunately, if a place is booked and we are not informed of a cancellation within this timeframe, the booking will be recorded as a non-attendance without notice. Repeated non-attendance without notice may result in the family no longer being eligible to book future HAF camp places.
This policy helps us manage staffing, resources, and funding responsibly, and ensures spaces can be offered to other families who need them.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
