What we'll do

Lakeside Campus offers a vast array of outdoor activities, where participants can develop a wide range of personal, social, emotional and health benefits. Children will participate in activities on land, aerial and on the water. Building new friendships, developing confidence and learning new skills it's all about taking on new, exciting challenges and learning resilience, all with the encouraging support of our qualified staff. We offer adaptable activities to suit a wide range of needs, and to support individual developmental process. We have a proven track record of feedback that supports the difference our beautiful 50 acres can offer your child or young person.

Supporting and providing outdoor learning

We offer engaging & educational experiences through outdoor activities, holiday clubs and team building sessions. At Lakeside we run activities and deliver courses for schools, universities, youth groups, corporate clients and the general public. We bring courses to life for you through exceptional instruction from our dedicated and inspirational team, all in a beautiful rural setting.

What else do I need to know...

Lakeside Campus is an outdoor education setting, with lots of green space, water and fields/woodland. With this in mind, a vast majority of the day is spent enjoying the outdoors with lots of fun, adventurous activities. The day consists of: - Arrival 9am - First Activity 9:30-11am - Break 11-11:15 am - Second Activity 11:15-12:45 pm - Lunch 12:45-13:15 pm - Third Activity 13:15-14:45 pm - Depart 15:00 pm The day (weather dependent) will contain an aerial, a water based and land activity. A full list of activities can be found on our website. The group sizes are a maximum of 12 participants, with 1 or 2 instructors depending on the specific activity. Menu Options across a week are: - Jacket potato with a variety of toppings - Sausage and mash (vegan/meat free sausages available) - Pasta with a variety of toppings Each meal will also have a piece of fruit, yoghurt, healthy snack and unlimited water/squash. Please see kit list link below. All technical equipment is provided (E.g., buoyancy aids, harnesses, helmets). Please make sure ALL children dress appropriately and come prepared for the forecast weather conditions. Note - open toed footwear is NOT permitted on any of our activities.
