Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change — here’s how our cancellation policy works:
For Paid Sessions:
- Cancel at least 7 days before the session and you’ll receive a full refund.
- Cancel at least 48 hours before and we’ll issue a partial refund (50%).
- Less than 48 hours’ notice unfortunately means we’re unable to offer a refund, as we will have already planned for your child’s place, food and materials.
For Funded Places:
- If your child has a free funded place, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance if they can’t attend.
- Repeated missed sessions without notice may result in the place being offered to another family on our waiting list.
We do our best to be flexible and fair — if something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
