A summary
This is a 4 hour session exclusively for young people aged 13-19 years who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. The sessions are designed for young people, the age range has been extended to 19yrs for those with SEND, that socially manage better in a youth setting. The sesison is not openely accessible to adults generally, some additional information will be required to assure suitability of over 18s It is not suitable for Allies or friends on this occasion. It is designed to be a safe space, where attendees can access activities with support staff that are knowledgeable and connected into the LGBTQ+ community. Running from 4-8 pm, this is a late afternoon / evening session and an evening meal will be provided. This session is funded as part of Milton Keynes City Council Holiday Activities and Food Programme to deliver sessions for school aged children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals (FSM), during the Summer school holidays in 2026. Although HAF sessions are free to the attendee, they are very costly. And, usually over subscribed. If you can no longer attend your booked session, please remember to cancel your place in advance via the EEQU booking system. This allows another child the opportunity to benefit from the holiday activity, especially as both spaces and funding are limited. Failure to attend or cancel in an appropriate time frame will result in future HAF bookings not being approved. We truly appreciate your support in helping us make the most of the available HAF funding. By releasing unused places, you’re enabling other eligible families to access these valuable experiences during the holidays. Non-attendance without contact will result in future bookings being cancelled. Thank you for your consideration.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Your place is not booked until we have confirmed it with you. This may take a few days. We are heavily over subscribed and have a huge waiting list. If you cannot attend something you have booked, please contact us to cancel your place so another family can benefit. Failing to attend on the day will result in you not being able to book any activities with us in the future.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
