A summary
Treasure Boxing Club – Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme in Redbridge Treasure Boxing Club delivers an engaging and inclusive Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme for children and young people aged 6-13 across Redbridge. The programme is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment during the school holidays, where children can stay active, healthy, and socially connected while enjoying nutritious meals and positive experiences. Our HAF sessions combine sports, fitness, creativity, and wellbeing, helping children develop both physically and emotionally. Each day includes structured physical activities such as boxing, football, basketball, athletics, and multi-sports games, led by our qualified and experienced coaches. We focus on promoting teamwork, self-discipline, and confidence through sport, using exercise as a powerful tool to support mental health and emotional regulation. In addition to physical activity, our programme incorporates enrichment and wellbeing workshops that encourage creativity, resilience, and positive social interaction. Children take part in activities such as arts and crafts, team challenges, and mindfulness sessions, helping them to express themselves, build friendships, and strengthen their sense of belonging. We also integrate life skills education, including nutrition awareness and the importance of a balanced lifestyle, empowering children to make healthy choices beyond the programme. Every participant receives a fresh, healthy meal each day, ensuring that no child goes hungry during the holidays. We work closely with local food providers and nutritionists to deliver meals that are both enjoyable and nutritious. The HAF programme in Redbridge particularly targets families facing economic disadvantage, providing access to high-quality activities that might otherwise be unaffordable. By engaging children from diverse backgrounds, we help reduce social isolation, improve community cohesion, and promote equal opportunities for all. Our overarching goal is to make a lasting difference in children’s lives by fostering physical fitness, emotional wellbeing, and community connection. Through the HAF programme, Treasure Sports Club continues to inspire young people to stay active, healthy, and confident while supporting families throughout Redbridge.

Treasure Boxing Club
Bringing the community together through sport
Our founder, former British champion Ashley 'Treasure' Theophane wants to offer support to children that sometimes don't get the attention they need. Ashley fought in Las Vegas under Floyd Mayweather for 5 years, fought for the world championship in 2016 and achieved 50 professional wins in his career across 12 countries. At Treasure Boxing Club we are driven by the impact we have on the children, young people and females we serve in the community. Our team of monitoring, evaluation and coaching staff examine the results of our work on an ongoing basis. Our aim is to deliver the very best support to our children, young people and females. We work with children and young people in Redbridge, Westminster, Southall, Brent, RBKC, Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Doncaster. We run fun school holiday camps across England. Our staff are skilled and experienced in working with children and young people. If your children do not want to participant in some activities, they can sit out and join in when ready.
