Kickstart your summer with TKO ABC’s Summer HAF Programme! We have curated a vibrant, inclusive, and high-energy 4-week camp specifically designed for young people aged 12 to 16 to stay active, get creative, and have fun in a supportive environment. Each day offers a dynamic mix of physical activity and creative expression, ensuring there is something for everyone: -Multi-Sports Action: Build confidence, teamwork, and fitness with expert-led sessions in non-contact boxing, football, basketball, and rounders. No previous experience is needed! -Discover new talents and express yourself in our hands-on art and interactive music sessions. -Healthy & Fresh Food: Fuel your day properly! We provide a nutritious, freshly cooked hot lunch for all attendees daily. Key Info & Dates: Age Group: 12 – 16 years old Days: Monday to Thursday each week Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM daily The HAF is free to Pupil Premium children and £15 a session for all others resident or schooled in LBBD.

TKO Amateur Boxing Club
Bringing boxing to our community
TKO Boxing Club is a community-based organisation dedicated to empowering young people through the discipline, structure, and values of boxing. Based in East London, we provide a safe and supportive environment where members can develop their fitness, confidence, and life skills both inside and outside the ring. Our mission goes beyond sport, we use boxing as a tool to engage young people, promote positive mental health, and steer them away from anti-social behaviour. Through coaching, mentoring, and community outreach, TKO Boxing Club helps individuals reach their full potential while fostering teamwork, respect, and resilience.
Learning aims
Aim 1
Participants will understand the fundamentals of boxing technique, fitness, and discipline, and will be able to demonstrate improved coordination, strength, and stamina.
Aim 3
Through teamwork activities and mentoring, young people will build confidence, communication skills, emotional resilience, how to set personal goals and stay motivated.
Aim 2
They will also gain knowledge about healthy eating, nutrition, and the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Aim 4
Most importantly, they will leave the programme with a stronger sense of community, self-belief, and the tools to make positive life choices.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.If booking a paid spot for HAF, no refunds are given except in the case of cancellation of session by TKO Boxing Club or cancelled 48 hours before the session start date to receive a full refund.
