IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Water Bottles
Please ensure that your children come to camp with a refillable drinks bottle. We have tap water available for them to refill throughout the day. Children will be active, so it is important for them to stay hydrated.
Drop-Off Procedure
Parents/carers are required to hand children over directly to venue staff at drop-off. Please do not allow children to walk in alone. This ensures we can register them properly and confirm we have all necessary information.
Walking Home Consent
Children in Year 6 and above may walk home independently only if we have received written consent. You can provide this via your account/booking details or by emailing info@time4sportuk.com. Without written consent, we will require a designated adult to collect your child.
Collection & Safeguarding
For safeguarding purposes, our staff may ask for a collection PIN or password if they do not recognise the person collecting your child. This PIN/password will be set up at the time of booking. Please ensure that anyone authorised to collect your child has the correct details available when arriving for collection.
At Time4Sport, we take safeguarding very seriously. The safety and wellbeing of every child attending our services is extremely important to us. Our team is appropriately trained, and we have clear procedures in place to help ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children. You can view our full safeguarding and related policies here: https://www.time4sportuk.com/policies

Arrival at camp
Registration will take place upon arrival. Camp Managers have a registration system on camp phones and will mark your children ‘in’ as they arrive to camp. This will take place in the main school reception at each venue.
Parents must drop children off at the set start times.
Parents will not be allowed into the school due to safeguarding.
Groups will be supervised during mealtimes by their group coaches.
Collection at the end of the session/day
The Camp Manager will co-ordinate the collection of children from their groups with support of group leaders.
Please note – we understand that sometimes things crop up and children are collected later than they should be. However, persistent lateness will result in a £20 fine, payable before the child’s next T4S session. Thank you for your co-operation with this.
