A summary
In a typical day we have breakfast whilst taking part in arts and crafts, painting and making our own designs; we have dances, and sports such as football, dodgeball and sometimes boxing or Kung Fu! We have a large playground if we can get outside. We will have a 2 course meal at lunch time; followed by a bigger creative activity such as tie-dying tee shirts, bag design, slime making or meeting the animals or dinosaurs; this Winter we will be having a huge New Year celebration party! Join us to have loads of fun, meet lots of new friends and make some awesome new memories!!

Equilibrium North West CIC
Tackling inequalities in health and wellbeing
Equilibrium North West CIC exists to reduce health and wellbeing related inequalities, ensure everyone has fair access to the same as anyone else; and encouraging the best outcomes for people. We want to help challenge assumptions, core beliefs and perspectives that can sometimes hold us back, and look for ways to empower people to be as happy and well as possible. We look to reduce isolation, social, financial, physical and mental health through a number of interventions, designed and coproduced with people who have lived experience. From those precious early years through to our later years we are here for you. Our vibrant Family Hub now hosts over 20 regular activities for people of all ages and stages to enjoy from 0-105 we have something for everyone. Bringing people together, making memories and creating an inclusive community hub.
Schedule
A typical day in our setting is as follows: 10am - 10:45am Breakfast and small craft 10:45am - 11:15am Dances 11:15am - 12noon Sports and Games 12noon - 12:30pm Lunch 12:30pm - 1pm Outdoor play/games and sports 1pm -1:30pm Larger 'Make it' session 1:30pm - 2pm Games and sports We have sensory room and break out rooms for those who may find it a little overwhelming or have sensory difficulties or neurodiversity we may need to consider; and we also have a separate SEND provision for those who may need one-to-one support (subject to funding and meeting benefit related free school meals etc), this does however need to be booked separately.
