A summary
Part of Hackney Council's Early Help Services, Young Hackney is a youth service that offers a range of activities, through youth clubs, adventure playgrounds and sports sessions in the borough. The Edge Youth hub is one of two Youth Hubs in the borough, based in Manor House offering range of activities during term and holiday time. Open to young people aged 10-19 (up to 25 with an additional need), the hub will be offering activities throughout Summer 2025, including sports, gaming, arts, SEND focused sessions and trips. Come along and check us out. Our summer 2025 session is split up into two sessions: 11am - 3pm - Ages 10-13 yrs - Range of activities everyday covering Sports, Arts, Creative Media, SEND focused sessions, Health & Wellbeing support. 4pm - 8pm - Ages 13-19 yrs (up to 25 with an additional need) - Range of activities everyday covering Sports, Arts, Creative Media, SEND focused sessions, Health & Wellbeing support. We are also offering a range of trips over the summer including cycling, water sports, adventure based days out, cinema trips, and of course our yearly trip to Chessington and Thorpe Park. All our trips are free of charge (in some situations young people need to bring an oyster card for travel)
