What we'll do
Our Drama Hub is a weekly drama class for young adults 16+ we will explore various elements of acting, building on technique and confidence. Come along for a weekly workshop exploring drama techniques and learn acting skills. Our drama teacher will stretch your knowledge of theatre, building confidence as you go along. You will explore varied styles of theatre. Forum theatre is where you can jump in and change a scene, switch the direction of the plot and have fun with it. Improvisation will have you laughing as it naturally turns a comical corner most of the time. Think on your feet and have fun devising your own piece of theatre. Explore script work from various playwrights from Shakespeare to Bennett. The possibilities for exploration are endless. So jump inn and make a scene! For information on this or any of our community activities please contact our community manager Lorna at community@marinatheatre.co.uk
