These non-contact boxing-style activities focus on coordination, fitness, discipline and confidence in a safe and controlled setting. The programme also includes team-building games designed to encourage teamwork, communication and problem-solving, alongside creative craft activities where children can design and make items to take home. As part of the week, children will enjoy a trip to Newham Grange Farm, where they will have the opportunity to see and feed the animals, providing a fun, hands-on learning experience. All activities are age-appropriate, inclusive and delivered in a fun, low-pressure environment to ensure every child can take part and enjoy the experience. Qualified, experienced and friendly staff will be on site throughout the programme, with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing and positive experiences.
