A summary
Children will create recipes working between sweet and savoury. They will work with ingredients that are in season at the time the club is taking place. The children will gain the experience of using new cookery skills as well as creating their own design of the recipes we are working with. All of these recipes are created within a fun, relaxed environment in which the children are encouraged to take their own lead on their creations in hope they experiences and try new foods to enjoy.

About your mentor
The Adventurous Kitchen
Children Cookery Clubs
Hi, I am Hayley. The biggest love and passion i have is cooking! Working with food is my absolute joy in which it always has been but moving away from the industry and providing children with the opportunity to work with, understand food and experience new flavours, creations is an absolute pleasure of mine!
Cookery sessions
Allergen information is collection of booking or afterwards. Alternation of sweet and savoury recipes, we love to use produce that is growing in the season but are very adaptive! Any SEND of children - Please feel free for the children to join and be included but please don't fail to mention to use as this allows us to ensure we are offering what is required. Child's likes or dislikes - Children do not have to eat the food they make. They are encourage to include each part of the recipe but there is definitely no forcing of food consumption, its all about enjoying our creations!
Learning aims
Aim 1
We aim to offer the children an outstanding experience of producing a creation of food using the recipe we are making on the day.
Aim 2
We aim for the children to use this as a therapy, enjoyment, rewarding, sense of achievement for themselves. We will encourage and include the children in all aspects!
