What we'll do
Join us at Port Vale Foundation for our new Aiming High sessions. Our Teen Disability Youth club will feature low impact sports and physical activities for example, indoor curling, boccia, seated games. We will also run more social activities, for example, quizzes, board games, arts and crafts, pool and darts. There will be plenty of time for socialising and interacting with others in the group, making new friends and meeting new people. This session is great for physical and mental well-being, with some football-y surprises along the way.

One Vale - build belonging, power potential
This is more than football. This is Port Vale. From the streets to the stands, everything we do – on and off the pitch – is driven by one thing: impact. It’s why we show up. It’s why we fight for this club and this community.

We work across Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire supporting people in a range of different ways. We believe that by using the power of the club, we can help people to enhance their lives and the communities in which they live through a range of interventions. We are an award winning charity, recognised both locally and nationally for the impact we have here in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. In 2021 we were awarded EFL Community Club of the Year and in 2024 we were awarded EFL League 1 Project of the Year for our Community Cupboard and Lounge. We support people from many walks of life and enable to them realise their own potential and achieve their own personal goals. In 2023/24 season, we supported 5,000 people with meaningful impact and made a considerable difference to their lives. Port Vale Foundation are self funded and self-sufficient, we rely on grants and donations to make our work happen. We work with over 100 different partner agencies from the public, private and voluntary sector. We operate an independent Board of Trustees who are the guardians of the charity and ensure we retain our independence as a charity but we do include three members of the club board as part of the Board of Trustees. (link back to the who’s who page) Port Vale Foundation Strategic Aims: To increase levels of sport and physical activity and participation in sport by providing a core offer of opportunities for children, young people and adults.
