Each session will combine practical coaching, skills challenges, mini-games, and opportunities to play on the course. Young people will also learn about golf etiquette, course safety, and the importance of physical activity and wellbeing. By the end of the programme, participants will have developed new skills, made new friendships, and gained the confidence to continue enjoying golf as a lifelong sport.

The Rock Youth Project
Empowering, young people to be themselves
At The Rock Youth Project, we are passionate about creating opportunities for young people to thrive. We provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children and young people can have fun, build confidence, develop new skills, and form lasting friendships. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to ensuring that young people feel valued, listened to, and supported. We believe every young person deserves access to opportunities that help them grow, explore their interests, and realise their potential. Through a wide range of activities, experiences, and support services, we help young people develop resilience, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. Our youth clubs offer much more than just a place to spend time. They provide a space where young people can make friends, learn new skills, take on challenges, and have their voices heard. We encourage young people to play an active role in shaping the activities and opportunities available to them, helping to create a programme that reflects their interests, needs, and aspirations. Over the years, The Rock Youth Project has become a trusted part of the local community, supporting hundreds of young people and their families. Our dedicated team works hard to create positive experiences that inspire confidence, promote wellbeing, and encourage young people to believe in themselves and their future. We are proud to be a place where young people can feel safe, supported, and empowered to achieve great things.
