A summary
At Haregate Community Centre, our HAF sessions offer an exciting mix of activities to keep children and young people entertained, active, and engaged during the holidays. We run a variety of fun sessions including multi-sports and dodgeball to help burn off energy, as well as arts and crafts to spark creativity. For those who prefer a more relaxed environment, we have games consoles and a great selection of board games for social play and downtime. Each session includes a free, nutritious meal, and we always provide a safe, supportive space where every young person is welcome. Our team is friendly, experienced, and dedicated to making sure every child has a brilliant time while making new friends and trying new things. Whether your child loves sports, art, games, or just being part of something fun, there's something for everyone at Haregate!

About your mentor
Transform communities staffordshire cic
Empowering youth & communities to thrive.
We are a not for profit organisation that works in the most deprived areas of Stoke-On-Trent and Staffordshire, these are young people usually in the top 10% of deprived areas in England. We run a few youth provisions, from 1-2-1 mentoring with young people who are on community orders through the Police and criminal youth justice system and through youth offending. We also run a youth session in Fenton which is a very deprived area in Stoke, this is an open access provision for 8 - 16 year olds to get them off the streets and into positive activities ranging from multisports, arts and crafts, healthy cooking and eating, plus music etc. We also partner with the local Council to run Holiday and food activities over the school holidays for young people who are from deprived families so they do activities plus have a meal before they go home., these are ran every school holidays.
