What we'll do
When You Arrive Our camp runs at West Acton Community Centre, with free on-site parking. A staff member will greet you at the door, help you sign in, and ensure your child feels welcome. Parents can leave after drop-off—we’ve got everything covered! ⸻ Daily Schedule Each day includes a mix of stretching, games, Taekwondo, arts & crafts, lunch, and free time. Children rotate between physical and creative activities in age-appropriate groups, then come together for a fun Taekwondo session in the afternoon. ⸻ Activities • Sports: Taekwondo, warm-up games, balance and coordination drills • Crafts: Colouring, paper crafts, origami, bookmarks • Mindfulness: Breathing, stretching, and relaxation at the start of the day ⸻ Our Space We use both indoor halls and outdoor areas (weather permitting). The space is safe, clean, and welcoming—perfect for active play and creative exploration. ⸻ Choices for Every Child Not every child likes the same thing! We always provide choices and adapt sessions to suit different interests and needs, ensuring every child feels included. ⸻ Group Sizes Children are grouped by age, with small group sizes to ensure personal attention and a friendly, safe environment. ⸻ Food Provided We serve fresh sandwiches, fruit, and water each day. Let us know about any dietary needs—we’re happy to accommodate. ⸻ Our Team Our staff are experienced, DBS-checked, and first aid trained. You’ll find qualified Taekwondo coaches, youth workers, and creative leaders who love working with children. ⸻ SEND Friendly We welcome children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and strive to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all. While we do not offer 1:1 support, our staff are trained to adapt activities and routines where possible to meet a variety of needs. If your child requires specific support, we encourage you to contact us in advance so we can discuss how to best accommodate them.
