A summary
Intensive Children’s Swimming Course – Acton Leisure Centre Everyone Active is hosting a 4-day intensive swimming course for children at Acton Leisure Centre. The course runs Tuesday to Friday, with 1 hour lessons each day. Each session includes instructor-led swimming skills and fun time in the water. These lessons are designed for children who are new to swimming, helping them gain confidence in the water and begin their swimming journey in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are instructor-led with a maximum of 8 children per class, ensuring each child receives plenty of guidance and attention. What to bring: Swimming costume Goggles (optional) Towel for after the lesson All equipment and flotation aids will be provided to support learning and make the sessions enjoyable. Please make sure you arrive early to allow time for your child to change. Upon arrival please make your way to the front desk to check in. Our reception team will provide you with information on where to go. Important: If a child does not attend the first session on Tuesday and we have not been notified, the place may be offered to another child on the waiting list for the remainder of the week. Application process
Before we are able to book you into any of the opportunities available within Everyone Actives Leisure centres you will need to set up a free Everyone Active account for both the child eligible for HAF and the parent who will be accompanying them to the activity. 1. Sign up to an Everyone Active Junior account by visiting https://joinonline.everyoneactive.com/memberships - You can sign up to a Pay As You Go account completely free. 2. Ensure that the young person who is due to receive membership has completed the sign up with all the relevant information correct. 3. Ensure that a parents account has been linked to the junior account being used (the adult is able to set up a free PAYG account too), this can be completed during the same process used to sign up a young person. 4. A member of the Everyone Active team will be in touch to sign you onto the relevant activity you requested on the Surrey HAF portal. 5. If you are unable to attend the activity please ensure you contact the centre to cancel you booking and cancel on the Surrey HAF Portal so that the place can be provided to another family
