What we'll do
This 12-week programme is designed to help you switch from tobacco cigarettes to a regulated, less harmful alternative- vaping- while working toward becoming smoke-free. At your first consultation, we will: Discuss your habits and goals Complete a short questionnaire Do a quick Carbon Monoxide (CO) breath test- a harmful gas from smoking- to show the impact on your health All vaping products provided are fully regulated and meet UK safety standards, so you’re supported in a safe, controlled way. Our team will guide you every step of the journey, offering advice and encouragement to help you achieve your health goals. Book your consultation today and take the first step toward a healthier future. All appointments from January - end of March 2026 at Central Library will be undertaken by Jen Lees.
