Cancellation policy

“This session is funded as part of the Milton Keynes City Council Holiday Activities and Food Programme to deliver sessions for school-aged children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals (FSM) during the Summer school holidays in 2026. Please cancel places if not able to attend. This enables another eligible child to take up the opportunity. Bookings that are not attended and we are not able to contact you, remaining may be bookings cancelled.”

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
