What we'll do
Get ready for an action-packed summer with MegaStrikers! Our Summer HAF programme for young people aged 12–16 is designed to keep teenagers active, engaged, and inspired through a mix of exciting sports, team challenges, enrichment activities, creative workshops, and social experiences. Participants will take part in competitive and recreational games, develop new skills, build confidence, and make new friends in a fun and supportive environment. A key part of the programme is our Youth Leader Pathway, which gives young people the opportunity to develop leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Participants will take on responsibilities such as helping to organise activities, supporting younger children, leading warm-ups and team challenges, and becoming positive role models within the club. This provides valuable experience that can help build confidence, independence, and future employability skills. Alongside the action, young people will explore healthy lifestyles through nutritious meals, food-based activities, and wellbeing sessions that promote positive physical and mental health. From arts and crafts projects and creative challenges to leadership workshops and team-building activities, every day offers something different, ensuring young people stay motivated, challenged, and entertained throughout the summer holidays. Finally our programme provides a safe, inclusive space where participants can learn, grow, lead, and create lasting memories while having fun.

"My coaching philosophy is make football fun, accessible and pressure free". Our Team at Megastrikers strives to allow all participants the opportunity to access high quality coaching. We ensure this by using our MEGA principals. M - Meaningful E- Engaging G- Growth orientated A - Achievable All of our staff mirror our core vales, this begins at interview stage. We have built a team that not only have incredible coaching personalities also have extensive experience in developing young people, being goal driven and inclusion (SEMH).
