What we'll do

Over six exciting days, our activity club offers young kids the chance to dive into the thrilling world of boxing, kickboxing, kung fu, and fun games inspired by these martial arts! From high-energy workouts to friendly competitions, every day is packed with movement, laughter, and memorable experiences. ? We’re thrilled to welcome martial artist and stuntman Dean Williams! Kids will get hands-on with cool martial arts tricks and stunts, inspired by Dean’s incredible career as a kickboxer and stunt performer. Who knows—they might learn a move or two to showcase at home or school! ? Dress Code: Comfortable training attire so the kids can move freely and confidently! ? What’s Included? Refreshing soft drinks, delicious snacks, and a packed lunch option to keep energy levels high throughout the day. ? Focus on Healthy Living! Each day, we’ll explore fun ways to understand healthy eating, learn about nutrition basics, and help kids develop positive habits that last a lifetime. Plus, we’ll guide parents to helpful resources for ongoing support. ⚠️ Safety & Respect: Our fully-equipped martial arts and boxing gym prioritises safety. We encourage kindness, respect, and mindfulness during training, ensuring every child has a safe and enjoyable experience. Over 20 years Martial experience!I

I thought it would be nice to have a full time gym in town after teaching in schools, village halls and leisure centres around Leominster. I hold qualifications in everything I teach at the gym. Level 2 England Boxing coach, 5th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing, qualifications in Kung Fu, Dim Mak and Chen Tai Chi.

What you can go on to do

The club offers classes outside of the HAF training for kids and Adults either in Kickboxing, Boxing, Tai Chi From age 5 upwards. Private tuition is also available.
