What we'll do
Pompey in the Community coaches will improve your sports skills. You'll make new friends whilst learning new skills in various sports. Aimed at beginners and children with little experience. We will support and teach skills for various sports, including football, cricket, and hand ball. Our qualified coaches will lead sessions teaching skills and running competitions. Don't forget we will also provide food and snacks. Please remember to dress for outdoor activities, and bring a refillable water bottle with you.

We harness the motivational power of Portsmouth Football Club to promote education, healthy living, sporting participation and achievement amongst participants of all ages. For Pompey in the Community, equality is not about treating everyone the same; it’s about ensuring that everyone has equal access to opportunities – through taking into account the differing needs and capabilities of people. All our coaches are FA qualified, hold enhanced DBS as well as Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding Children certificates. Your children and loved ones will be well-cared for in a safe environment, and supervised at all times.
