What we'll do
Who would like to rehearse and perform in a live musical, directed by a professional theatre director! Not to be missed! Please let us know if you would like us to reserve a place for your child Age 6-16? Activities will be enriching (creative, confidence-building), inclusive, and age-appropriate.. The activity is very active with acting dancing and singing throughout. 10-4pm Monday-Friday. Places must be for the whole week. Not individual days. Contact us for more information. Stagecoach Performing Arts Rugby and Daventry first opened its doors in 2006 and has been providing an exciting, fulfilling programme of performing arts tuition to children and teenagers aged 4 - 18 years ever since! Our aim is to nurture and develop young potential through performing arts, whilst stretching imaginations and instilling confidence in our students.
Timetable and FAQ's
Monday - Friday (Times are approximate) 9:45 - 10:00 - Drop off 10am - 10:30 drama games / icebreakers 10:30 - 11:30 - Rehearsal Session (Acting/Singing/Dance) 11:30 - 11:45 - Break/Snack/Drinks 11:45 - 12:45 - Rehearsal Session (Acting/Singing/Dance) 12:45 - 13:15 - Break/lunch 13:15 - 14:15 - Rehearsal Session (Acting/Singing/Dance) 14:15 - 14:30 - Break/Drinks 14:30 - 15:30 - Rehearsal Session (Acting/Singing/Dance) 15:30 - 16:00 - Feedback/Games/Run-through 16:00 - Pickup. (On Friday our final performance will be at 15:00 and all parents/carers and friends and family are welcome to attend. FAQ's Does my child need to attend every day of the workshop? Yes, attendance each day is essential. The students will be rehearsing and preparing for a final performance, so consistent attendance ensures they can fully participate, support their peers, and enjoy the experience without falling behind. Do I need to provide a costume or props for the show? No, there’s no need to purchase or provide anything. All necessary costumes and props will be provided by us. If students wish to bring in an item (e.g., a specific hat or accessory), it must be agreed upon in advance with the workshop leaders. Is it important for my child to arrive and leave on time? Yes, punctuality is very important. Rehearsals begin promptly each morning and continue right up until the end of the day. Late arrivals or early pickups may disrupt group work and your child’s role in the show. What is the mobile phone policy for students? To ensure a safe and focused environment, any mobile phones must be kept on silent and stored in bags during the entire workshop day. This is in line with our safeguarding policy and helps keep distractions to a minimum. Will there be adult supervision at all times? Yes, students will be supervised by fully trained staff at all times. Our team is made up of experienced performing arts professionals who are all DBS-checked and follow strict safeguarding procedures in line with our Ofsted registration. Are staff first aid trained? Yes. At least one first-aid trained staff member is present at all times, and we have a designated first aid area on site. What happens if my child becomes unwell during the day? If your child feels unwell during the workshop, we will contact you immediately using the details provided at registration. Please ensure we have up-to-date emergency contact information. Will my child be photographed or filmed during the workshop? Only with your consent. We may take occasional photos or videos for internal use or to share with parents, but only if permission has been given on your child’s registration form. No images will be shared publicly without consent. Is lunch provided? Yes, for students attending through the HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) programme, a hot lunch is provided each day at no cost. For non-HAF students, hot meals can also be arranged for an additional fee — details will be provided at registration. Alternatively, students are very welcome to bring a nut-free packed lunch and a refillable water bottle. Water and Squash will be available on site throughout the day. Can parents watch the final performance? Yes! We warmly invite parents, family, and friends to join us for a performance on the final day (Friday at 3pm) Bring your panto spirit, and enjoy the show!

Summer Holiday Club Menu We’re excited to offer a tasty, balanced and child-friendly menu each day, with plenty of choice to suit all dietary needs. Every meal includes a healthy lunch, a snack, and fresh fruit, along with free-flowing sugar-free cordial and water to keep everyone refreshed and hydrated. All main meals can be easily adapted for vegetarian children, so everyone can enjoy the same delicious dishes together. Monday Cheese & Tomato Pasta Bake A warm, comforting favourite topped with melted cheese. Optional chicken available as an add-on. Served with: Fresh cucumber & carrot sticks Snack: Fresh fruit Tuesday Build-Your-Own Wraps Choose from tasty fillings including chicken or chickpea, with fresh salad and grated carrot—perfect for little hands to customise! Snack: Fresh fruit Treat: Ice lollies to help everyone cool down ☀️ Wednesday Jacket Potatoes with Toppings Fluffy baked potatoes served with baked beans and cheese, with optional tuna or chicken. Served with: Fresh side salad Snack: Fresh fruit Thursday – Make Your Own Pizza! A fun, hands-on lunch where children create their own pizza just the way they like it! Choose your toppings: Tomato base Cheese Ham or chicken (optional) Sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms, onions (vegetarian-friendly options available) Baked fresh and served with a warm smile! Snack: Fresh fruit Friday – Party Lunch! Fun Party Selection A mix of classic children’s favourites to celebrate the end of the week: Sandwich quarters (cheese, egg mayo, tuna) Mini pizzas (vegetarian options available) Sausage rolls & veggie rolls Crisps Veggie sticks (cucumber, carrot, peppers) Snack/Treat: Fresh fruit Flapjack or a small sweet treat Drinks Free-flowing sugar-free cordial Fresh drinking water available all day We aim to create meals that are nutritious, enjoyable, and inclusive, helping children stay energised and ready for a fun-filled day of activities.
