A summary
Available every Monday to Thursday from Monday July 28th to Thursday August 21st 2025. Sessions run 9-3 but 5pm finish can be booked at a small cost. There are a choice of activities each day to suit primary aged children including junk modelling, painting, slime making, badminton, football, parachute games, baking, bracelet making and time spent enjoying the outside space with OPAL play equipment. Perfect for siblings of different ages and interests. If your child has SEND or medical needs, please place your booking in good time and we will contact you to find out more about how we can support them. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over Summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
