A summary
Enjoy the great outdoors at Out to the Woods CIC Come along for a morning in the lush green forest of Admiral Woods. Listen to bird song and forest bathe in the woods,. Have a go at hapa zome - leaf bashing, decorating a wood cookies, making minibeasts with clay or sun printing. Go on a bug hunt, do a nature scavenger hunt, relax in a hammock or have a go on the slackline. There will be lots to do at our wonderful forest school nestled in the Kent Downs. Round off the session with a delicious marshmallow toasted over the fire.

What to wear
No open toe sandals No shorts or t- shirts - only long sleeves and long trousers as there is a risk of ticks/ insect bites Apply sun cream Apply insect repellant Bring plenty of water and a snack Wear layers as it gets cold in the woods and it is easier to take layers off Wear sturdy shoes and anything you don't mind getting dirty.
