What we'll do
The first 6 days will offer a different dance style experience each day (Acro Dance, Street Dance, Musical Theatre and Aerial Dance), there will be games and activities as well as arts and craft and nutritional educational elements. The last week ( 26th - 28th August) will focus on the environment, we will visit the park, play games like rounders, capture the flag and visit the play areas, we will litter pick, investigate nature (insects and plants/flowers) as well as paint and design an outside area which will include painted stones, nature artwork and potted plants. There will be nutritional educational elements discussed across the 3 days and creative dance entwined.

Velocity Community Dance C.I.C aims to develop and deliver dance and cross - art related activities and projects, providing opportunities for people of varying ages, ethnicities, religions, and genders to engage in. Making dance inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable for all, who wish to focus on their physical and emotional wellbeing by participating in creative, expressive, fun and community focused sessions using dance, fitness, art, and holistic wellbeing as the tool.
What to bring
Raincoats and wellington boots for the park intensive week (weather dependent). Water bottles to refill Grip socks or bare feet only in the studio Also please apply sun-cream to your child before bringing them to the session ( weather dependent)
