What we'll do
Boxing Hang Out Camp (Ages 12–16) ✨Get ready for an action-packed day of fitness, fun and friendship at our Boxing Hang Out Camp. ✨Taking place at St Paul's Catholic School, this exciting camp gives participants the opportunity to learn boxing skills, improve fitness and take part in fun challenges and friendly competitions, all under the guidance of experienced and engaging coaches. ✨Throughout the day, young people will enjoy boxing-based activities, fitness games, team challenges and tournaments designed to build confidence, resilience and teamwork in a positive and supportive environment. Whether you're completely new to boxing or already enjoy the sport, there will be something for everyone. ✨With just 10 places available, participants will benefit from plenty of encouragement and support from our professional coaches, helping them develop new skills, stay active and make new friends. ✨To keep everyone fuelled throughout the day, we provide free snacks, drinks and a hot lunch. There will also be exciting daily competitions with opportunities to win fantastic prizes. ✨The Boxing Hang Out Camp is a great way to stay active during the holidays, boost confidence, improve wellbeing and spend time with positive role models in a fun, safe and inclusive environment. ⚠️ Please cancel places if not able to attend. This enables another eligible child to take up the opportunity. ⚠️ Bookings that are not attended and for which we are not able to contact you, remaining bookings may be cancelled. Important Allergy Information While we do our best to provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee that other participants will not bring food containing nuts, and the kitchens used to prepare meals may handle nuts. If your child has a severe allergy, we can provide a £5 Sainsbury's voucher or reimburse £5 towards a suitable packed lunch.

Each programme is designed to convey a range of positive health and lifestyle messages to educate young people within the local community and help them build a better future. The Foundation strives to establish credible relationships with all young people including those at risk from gangs or domestic violence.
What to Wear
Participants are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear, no jewellery and to bring a water bottle.
