What we'll do
✨Netball Hang Out Camp (Ages 12–16) ✨Join us for an exciting day of netball, fun and friendship at our Netball Hang Out Camp! ✨Taking place at St Paul's Catholic School, this action-packed camp is perfect for young people who want to stay active, build confidence and enjoy a fantastic day with friends. ✨Whether you're new to netball or already play regularly, our experienced coaches will ensure everyone feels welcome, included and supported. ✨Throughout the day, participants will take part in netball skills sessions, fun drills, team games, fitness challenges and friendly matches designed to improve coordination, teamwork and self-confidence. # ✨Young people will have the chance to develop their skills, make new friends and learn from positive role models in a safe and encouraging environment. ✨With only 10 places available, participants will benefit from plenty of individual encouragement and coaching throughout the day. ✨To keep everyone energised, we'll provide free snacks, drinks and a hot lunch. There will also be exciting competitions and opportunities to win prizes. ✨Our Netball Hang Out Camp is a great way to stay active during the holidays, improve physical and mental wellbeing, build new friendships and have lots of fun in a supportive environment. ❗Important Allergy Information While we do our best to provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee that other participants will not bring food containing nuts, and meals may be prepared in kitchens where nuts are present. If your child has a severe allergy, we can provide a £5 Sainsbury's voucher or reimburse up to £5 towards a suitable packed lunch. ⚠️ Please cancel places if not able to attend. This enables another eligible child to take up the opportunity. ⚠️ Bookings that are not attended and for which we are not able to contact you, remaining bookings may be cancelled.

OUR WORK 5 On It Foundation provides life-altering programmes using professional role models in sport and music to deliver a range of engaging activities in team sports and creative arts. Each programme is designed to convey a range of positive health and lifestyle messages to educate young people within the local community and help them build a better future. The Foundation strives to establish credible relationships with all young people including those at risk from gangs or domestic violence.
What to Wear
Participants are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear, no jewellery and to bring a water bottle.

Develop boxing skills, coordination and overall fitness through structured coaching, games and challenges.

Build confidence, resilience and self-discipline by setting goals, trying new activities and celebrating personal achievements.
