A summary
A two-hour multi-sport session which is accessible for children and young people of all disabilities, ages 5 years to 17 years. It is recommended that parents/guardians stay with the child for the session. The session is delivered indoors with a focus on improving cognitive skills, whilst also encouraging both social and emotional development. The session is delivered in a safe and friendly environment, providing respite and support to parents, guardians and carers, and delivered by qualified coaches who have an understanding of each participant's needs.
