A summary
Stoke City Foundation’s Aiming High sessions are 2‑hour, inclusive multi‑sport sessions delivered indoors in a sports hall. The sessions provide participants with the opportunity to take part in a wide range of fun, engaging activities designed to develop confidence, physical skills, teamwork, and enjoyment of sport. Each session is carefully structured and delivered by experienced coaches who adapt activities to meet the needs of all participants. Sports may include football‑based activities, team games, individual challenges, and skill‑building exercises, ensuring variety and sustained engagement throughout the session. Aiming High sessions create a safe, supportive environment where participants are encouraged to try new sports, build friendships, and stay active, regardless of ability or experience.

What we'll do
During Stoke City Foundation’s Aiming High session, participants will take part in a structured 2‑hour, indoor multi‑sport programme designed to be fun, inclusive, and engaging for all abilities. Sessions include a range of activities such as team games, football‑based exercises, skill challenges, and movement‑based activities, all delivered inside a sports hall. Coaches adapt each activity to meet individual needs, encouraging participants to try new sports, work together, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. The session focuses on enjoyment, participation, and personal development, while promoting physical activity, social interaction, and positive behaviour.
