A summary
Our team of experienced and qualified playworkers provide a quality play environment that is safe, fun and welcoming to all children. We work hard to offer a range of activities that children enjoy, including lots of arts and crafts, free play and sports. Starfish is a not-for-profit after-school and holiday club providing a safe and stimulating environment for Brighton and Hove children. Founded by parents in 2001, Starfish continues to be managed by a voluntary committee of parents as well as school representatives. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the Summer holiday, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
