What we'll do
Come along and join us at the Stanwell Family Centre in Spelthorne for a welcoming stay &and play session for children with SEND, their parents/carers, and siblings. Enjoy a relaxed environment with access to a garden, sensory play, and a variety of engaging activities. The wonderful sensory room will be available. When you arrive, a member of the team will ask you to pick a slot to use the sensory room during the session. The sensory room has limited capacity, and children must be supervised at all times. Refreshments are provided Come and join us for a fun and inclusive experience for the whole family. Parent/carers are required to supervise their children at all times. Staff will be there to help and support you and your children.

Because every family deserves a break
We help families in Surrey who have a disabled child take a break. The Surrey Short Breaks for Disabled Children service provides fun, safe activities like after-school clubs, holiday schemes, and home care. These are run by local charities and special schools and give children a chance to enjoy themselves while giving parents and carers time to rest or recharge. These activities are primarily for parent who are on the waiting list for these activities.
