Spring Vibes – Easter Wellness Club 5- 11 years old A calm, inclusive, and confidence-building Easter experience for children & young people Spring Vibes is an inclusive Easter Wellness Club designed to support children and young people, including those with SEND, to relax, explore, and thrive in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. Inspired by Changing the Future’s ethos, our sessions promote wellbeing, creativity, and confidence through play, movement, and sensory-rich experiences. Our approach is child-centred, flexible, and supportive, helping children feel secure, listened to, and comfortable being themselves while building emotional awareness and self-confidence. Spring Vibes is an inclusive Easter Wellness Club designed to support children and young people, including those with SEND, to relax, explore, and thrive in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. Inspired by Changing the Future’s ethos, our sessions promote wellbeing, creativity, and confidence through play, movement, and sensory-rich experiences. Our Approach We create spaces where children feel safe, listened to, and supported. Activities are child-centred, flexible, and gently guided, allowing children to take part at their own pace and in ways that feel right for them. Delivered by a skilled team of SEND specialists, a Protective Behaviour Trauma Practitioner, and creative facilitators, sessions support children with ASD, anxiety, sensory needs, and emotional regulation differences. Changing The Future
A journey starts with one single step
Changing The Future was founded as a response to the real life lived experiences of the founder and managing director. The company is based upon supporting young people through their journey; raising aspirations and specialising in services for individuals who have experienced difficulties or trauma within their life. By offering specialist training to professionals members of the community offering alternative perspectives through the eyes of our youth mentors. Changing The Future offers a safe place; early help support and advocacy for individuals to be able to develop the mechanisms and skills needed in order to overcome personal difficulties and barriers.
Timetable
Easter Wellness Tuesday 31st March – Yoga & Calm Sensory Easter Party A calm, sensory-rich session with adaptive yoga, Easter crafts, and sensory play, designed to help children relax and feel safe while exploring creativity. Thursday 2nd April – Spencer’s Retreat SEND Farm A supported outdoor experience where children connect with nature and animals. Small groups and familiar staff help children feel safe and confident while trying new activities. Saturday 4th April – Spring Wellness Day A restorative day combining adaptive yoga, mindfulness, arts & crafts, and soft play, supporting calm, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Tuesday 7th April – Easter Calm: Yoga & Wellness Activities A gentle session with yoga, relaxation, and creative wellness activities that support emotional regulation in a safe and inclusive space. Thursday 9th April – Rhythm & Relax Movement, music, sensory instruments, and adaptive yoga in a supportive environment where children feel safe to explore, express, and connect.
