Through engaging activities, wholesome meals, and a nurturing community, we empower young people to discover their strengths, build confidence, and embrace healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
Learning aims
Aim 1
To improve the physical health and wellbeing of children aged 5–16 by providing at least 60 minutes of engaging daily physical activity, promoting active lifestyles, healthy habits, and increased confidence through fun, inclusive sessions.
Aim 3
To improve knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition by providing balanced hot meals and engaging food education activities, helping children make healthier choices and develop positive lifelong habits.
Aim 2
To enhance children’s social, emotional, and personal development by fostering teamwork, communication, and confidence through inclusive group activities, helping them build positive relationships and a sense of belonging.
Aim 4
To support learning and engagement by offering creative, educational and STEM-based activities that build problem-solving skills, curiosity, and confidence, helping children return to school motivated and ready to learn.
