A summary

Summer holiday activity and sports performance programme, providing high quality physical activity sessions, outdoor and indoor, in a sports gym environment. Our fully qualified personal trainers will work to build a solid foundation of understanding on how to train and move correctly. Our approach will be to focus on all key areas of training; strength and conditioning, speed, agility, and coordination, delivered in a fun and engaging way. A healthy balanced lunch will be provided on site.

Offering a safe space for fitness aspirations

With our combined expertise of fitness, military background and teaching, Limitless Training Club provides young people with a safe space to develop their fitness and to learn new skills. We work with young people to build a solid foundation of understanding on how to train and move correctly. Our approach is to focus on all key areas of training; strength and conditioning, speed, agility, and coordination, to enhance their performance and capability while reducing the risk of sporting injuries.
