What we'll do
Our project will include physical activities such as football, Cricket, touch rugby and table tennis promoting healthy activities in a safe environment, encouraging participation as part of a team. Activities will be adapted to include those with differing needs and abilities so all can take part and will promote healthy activity with all of the children. Creative activities will include Arts and Crafts for painting, drawing, model making, board games, jigsaws etc. Any paper crafts/paintings can be taken home to brighten family homes and teach creativity. All of this will ensure that the participants enjoy fun, age-appropriate activities with the opportunity to learn new skills or enhance and develop those they already have. We will also take account of any children that may have specific religious or medical/dietary requirements and provide extra breaks or less demanding activities. The sporting activities will run in conjunction with the arts and crafts so that children are able to take part in both. Team games will help with confidence building and social interaction.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
