What we'll do
On arrival children will be greeted by one of our friendly team who will then sign them in on the register. Our days are organised in advance to include a variety of sporting activities in a safe environment including; football, cricket, rounders, kickball, bulldog plus more. Children can also take part indoor activities including; arts and craft, biscuit decorating, movies (U rated only), games and quizzes. Other activities will include outdoor seasonal themed treasure hunts. Fixed lunch time (picnics if the weather is nice) and regular snacks and drinks breaks will be provided with a good selection including; sandwiches with various fillings, crisps and biscuits, heathy options of fruit and veg sticks, all prepared in our 5 star hygiene rated kitchen. Our friendly team of staff are enhanced DBS checked, first aid qualified and trained in safeguarding children.

NN Active Ltd is a non profit business linked to Kingsthorpe Jets Youth Football Club. Kingsthorpe Jets is one of the largest youth football clubs in Northamptonshire. All our coaches and staff are FA enhanced DBS checked, trained in safeguarding and carry a first aid qualification. Our values are simple: fun, friendship, teamwork and respect. We believe sport and activities at our club should always be safe, welcoming and enjoyable for all.
Kingsthorpe Jets Youth Football Club
Football is for everyone
Kingsthorpe Jets started life back in 1992 as a small group of local volunteers wanting to give children in Northampton a safe, fun place to play football. Fast forward more than 30 years and we’re now one of the largest grassroots clubs in the county – with nearly 40 teams, over 500 players, and a buzzing community of coaches, parents and supporters. What We Stand For At Jets, football is for everyone. We’re a volunteer-run, non-profit club committed to making the game accessible to children and adults of all abilities. Our values are simple: fun, friendship, teamwork and respect. From toddlers just starting out in our “Micro Jets” sessions, to our men’s, ladies’ and thriving girls’ teams – we believe football should always be safe, welcoming and enjoyable. All of our coaches are FA qualified, DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. We currently have more than 30 FA Level 1 coaches and several Level 2 coaches too – all volunteers giving up their time to develop players in a safe and positive environment.
